AI staff training on your team's own work.
We train your team on the AI tools you already have, using their own emails, quotes and documents, then check in after go-live. The aim is simple: tools that were bought get used, and used safely.
Every engagement starts with a free call. Quoted once we know the job.
A good fit if
- You bought AI tools and then nobody used them
- A few people are keen and the rest avoid it
- You're rolling out a new assistant or automation
- You want safe, consistent use across every role
Not the right fit if
- You haven't chosen any tools yet: start with an audit
- You want a one-off talk with no follow-up
- You need an accredited qualification for staff
What you get
Hands-on sessions on your own work
Small-group sessions where people use the tools on real tasks: replying to a customer, drafting a quote, summarising a document. Nobody sits through an hour of slides.
Playbooks for each role
A short guide per role: the jobs AI helps with, the prompts that work for your business, and what to check before anything goes out.
Safe-use basics
What never goes into an AI tool, how to spot a wrong answer, and when to ask a person. Tied to your AI use policy if you have one.
Check-ins after go-live
Follow-up sessions once the tools are in use, to answer questions, fix habits and update the playbooks with what works.
How it runs
- 1
A 10-minute call
Which tools you have, who uses them, and where things have stalled.
- 2
A written plan and quote
Who gets trained, on what, over how many sessions, and the price.
- 3
Hands-on sessions
We run small-group sessions on your team's real work and build the playbooks as we go.
- 4
Check in after go-live
We come back once the tools are part of the week, see what's used and what isn't, and adjust.
Why AI tools get ignored
Tools usually aren't ignored because they're bad. They're ignored because nobody showed people how they fit a real Tuesday, people worry about getting it wrong, or the first try gave a poor answer and nobody tried again.
Training on real work deals with most of that. When people see a tool help with something they did yesterday, they tend to keep using it. The usual gaps we look for:
- Training was generic, not on their own work
- No one said what's allowed and what isn't
- No time was set aside to learn
- The tool was set up for one person, not the whole team
- No one to ask after the first week
Training for what we build, too
If we build you an assistant or an automation, training is part of the handover. Your team learns what it does, what to check and who to call.
The same goes for J-Voice Agent. We show you how to read the call summaries, update what your agent knows, and set the mobile that urgent callers are put through to.
What training doesn't do
It won't turn your team into AI engineers, and it won't fix a tool that's wrong for the job. If the tool is the problem, we'll tell you.
It also isn't a one-off event. Habits form over weeks, which is why the check-ins after go-live matter as much as the first session.
Questions
It's quoted after the first call. The price depends on how many people and roles are involved and how many sessions you need. You get it in writing before anything is booked.
The ones you already use or have chosen, including AI features built into software you pay for, and anything we've built for you. If you haven't chosen yet, we'll help you choose first.
No. Sessions are built for people who don't think of themselves as tech people. We start with one useful task and build from there.
We're a Sydney team, based in Brookvale. Sessions can run online, or in person where that suits. We'll set it out in the plan.
We agree a few simple signs up front, such as who's using the tools each week and for which tasks, and check them at the follow-up.
Yes. The playbooks are written so new staff can pick them up, and we can run refresher sessions when your team or your tools change.
